Atomic is a venture studio and co-founder platform that partners with entrepreneurs to build new companies from the ground up. It provides capital, a team of specialist executives (design, engineering, operations, finance, legal, recruiting, marketing, and more), and playbooks to de-risk company creation and accelerate time to market for its founders.

About Atomic

Atomic describes itself as a 'built-in founding team' for entrepreneurs, co-founding and building companies alongside experienced serial entrepreneurs and senior executives who have collectively started dozens of companies and created billions of dollars in enterprise value. Rather than simply providing capital, Atomic embeds specialists across design, IT, communications, engineering, operations, recruiting, finance, legal, people ops, marketing, and accounting to help founders focus on building their product while Atomic handles company-building infrastructure. Atomic has co-founded and backed numerous companies including Hims & Hers, Exowatt, Homebound, Replicant, Butter, Bungalow, Boompop, Jumpcut, Terminal, and Raydiant, spanning sectors such as healthcare, energy, real estate, AI customer service, payments, and events. The organization primarily serves aspiring and first-time founders looking to co-found a company with institutional support and resources.
