About Arbitrum

Arbitrum positions itself as the enterprise-grade infrastructure for global finance, consumer, and gaming applications onchain. It offers a flexible platform allowing users to either build an app on Arbitrum One (using Solidity or Stylus, which supports Rust, C, and C++) or launch a fully customizable dedicated chain with configurable gas tokens, governance, access controls, and privacy. The platform emphasizes performance, confidentiality, customization, and compliance for institutional and blockchain-native developers alike. Arbitrum's ecosystem hosts hundreds of finance, consumer, and gaming applications, including major DeFi protocols like Aave, Pendle, GMX, Morpho, and Uniswap, as well as consumer and gaming projects such as The Beacon, Otherside, Wildcard, and Golden Tides. Clients and partners range from institutional finance players (e.g., Robinhood) to Web3-native consumer apps and game studios, reflecting its focus on serving both enterprise-grade finance use cases and mass-adoption consumer/gaming experiences.

About the Role

You'll lead the marketing function across brand, product marketing, communications, content, social, partnerships, campaigns, and creative. You'll establish clear priorities, roles, OKRs, launch calendars, review processes, and feedback loops, and build a team culture that values speed, clarity, creativity, ownership, and high standards. You'll manage and mentor a team across multiple workstreams while staying close enough to the work to improve it directly, and you'll grow the team thoughtfully, knowing when to hire, level up contributors, or create role clarity. You'll own the editorial standard for the company and shape the core narratives that define how Offchain, Arbitrum, and related product lines show up in the market, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes for institutions, developers, partners, media, and ecosystem stakeholders. You'll partner with founders, executives, PR, product, BD, and ecosystem teams to develop high-quality communications, guide founder and executive storytelling across op-eds, interviews, panels, and social, and build a stronger editorial engine including essays, reports, and launch narratives. You'll develop and execute high-impact campaigns across owned, earned, paid, partner, and executive channels, build partner marketing motions, monitor market shifts and competitor moves, and turn intelligence into fast action. You'll define how marketing success is measured, build reporting habits that show business impact, guide your team on using data to improve campaigns, and manage budget and agency relationships with discipline.
