About the Role

You will lead Finance across Latin America, overseeing Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Finance Operations, and Shared Services. You will direct planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial reporting under IFRS and local statutory standards. You will optimize cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and liquidity while partnering with commercial, product, and operations leaders on profitable growth and strategic initiatives. You will maintain tax, regulatory, governance, and internal-control compliance; lead finance transformation, automation, and process improvement; manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and advisors; mentor the regional finance organization; and serve as the principal finance partner to global and regional leadership.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Have at least 15 years of Finance experience, including regional leadership across Latin America
  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, or Technology is highly preferred
  • Possess strong knowledge of IFRS, Treasury, Tax, cross-border payments, stablecoins, FP&A, and multi-country operations
  • Demonstrate leadership experience in multinational and matrix organizations
  • Possess strategic thinking, executive presence, business partnering, commercial acumen, change leadership, and people leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Apply a results-oriented and hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional Finance organization across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Finance Operations, and Shared Services
  • Drive annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across all Latin American entities
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local statutory requirements
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and liquidity management across the region
  • Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations functions to maximize profitable growth and support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, corporate governance, and internal control requirements
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives, automation projects, and continuous process improvements
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulators, and external advisors
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing regional Finance organization
  • Act as the primary Finance partner to the Global CFO and the Latin America Leadership Team
