About the Role

You will monitor market, liquidity, counterparty credit, and operational risks across treasury activities. You will perform pricing and system-integrity checks, track exposures and liquidity balances, support stress testing and due diligence, maintain controls and policies, prepare risk reports, and help automate routine reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have zero to two years of experience in financial risk management, banking, settlements, or payments; fresh graduates are eligible.
  • Understand traditional and decentralized financial markets, particularly digital assets, foreign exchange, options, and bonds.
  • Understand risk management frameworks, policy structures, risk limits, and counterparty due diligence.
  • Possess a solid grasp of financial instruments, derivatives, and hedging strategies.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicate effectively and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management in a trading environment is helpful.
  • Experience with traditional financial markets and cryptocurrency markets is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily pricing integrity checks for internal market-making and over-the-counter desks.
  • Track external market-maker spreads and mark-to-market movements.
  • Compile customer fee profitability data and track the effectiveness of daily hedging activities.
  • Monitor daily net open positions and escalate potential limit breaches.
  • Track bank account balances, digital asset inventory, and liquidity-provider wallet balances.
  • Support annual stress testing and update Treasury Business Continuity Plan documentation.
  • Gather, organize, and review counterparty credit due diligence documentation.
  • Conduct annual credit score refreshes and update counterparty financial health records.
  • Track daily settlement risk limits and flag counterparty exposure risks.
  • Check token configurations, limit-order systems, and cost-averaging systems for functional accuracy.
  • Execute scheduled API key rotations across platforms.
  • Maintain Treasury system user-access control logs and support segregation of duties.
  • Update and maintain Treasury policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for product launches, regulatory reviews, and other cross-functional projects.
  • Identify routine reporting tasks suitable for automation and test new reporting tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Treasury Risk dashboards and reports highlighting breaches and trends.
  • Perform other administrative or operational tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
