About the Role
You will lead architecture and technology strategy for enterprise digital platforms. You will oversee the design, development, deployment, testing, and validation of scalable software solutions, APIs, microservices, cloud environments, and automation. You will guide multiple teams, advise senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and coach team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and four years of relevant experience
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying secure, resilient cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure
- Experience with 12-factor principles and DevOps practices
- Experience with Kubernetes, Confluent, Kafka, DevSecOps, API Gateway, Lambda, DB2, IBM MQ, AWS, Java, S3, EC2, Jenkins, SonarQube, GitHub, Maven, Docker, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Spring Cloud, Apache Tomcat, and Apache Spark

Responsibilities
- Translate business vision into functional architectural strategy recommendations
- Participate in cross-functional architecture design
- Consult on major technology initiatives, deliverables, and documentation
- Oversee cross-divisional architectural implementation
- Lead organization-wide initiatives and strategic discussions

- Advise senior management on technical strategy
