About the Role

You will lead the cash reconciliation operating model, oversee risk and control frameworks, resolve complex exceptions, and improve automation and data quality. You will manage stakeholder relationships, service delivery, governance, team development, capacity planning, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cash reconciliation operating model
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of positions, cash, and related activity
• Own the risk and control framework
• Manage escalations, exception governance, root-cause analysis, and remediation
• Drive automation, data-quality, and operational-resilience initiatives
• Partner with administrators, custodians, service providers, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate material risks, service issues, and performance trends to senior management
• Oversee service-level delivery and issue resolution
• Coach staff and manage performance, succession planning, and talent development
• Assess capacity, operating model design, and resource allocation
• Standardize processes and improve documentation quality
• Use operational metrics and trend analysis to identify risks and improvements
