About the Role
Own the enterprise AI roadmap, advise executive leadership, evaluate foundation models and partnerships, architect production AI systems, build agentic workflows and evaluation frameworks, establish AI governance, create enablement programs, and drive AI adoption across business units.
Requirements
- 10+ years in AI or deep learning
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Track record of shipping production AI systems at scale
- Expertise in large language models, transformer architectures, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks
- Strong publication record, open-source contributions, or recognized AI thought leadership
- Exceptional communication skills
- Advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, or a related quantitative field

- Define and refine the enterprise AI strategy
- Conduct build-vs-buy-vs-partner analyses
- Establish an AI governance framework
- Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on AI
- Build and maintain AI transformation roadmaps
- Evaluate AI acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities
- Lead architecture of LLM-powered applications
- Design and implement AI-native infrastructure
- Build and optimise AI agent systems
- Build evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI outputs
- Design and execute company-wide AI literacy programs
- Create internal AI tooling, templates, and playbooks
- Establish an AI Center of Excellence
- Implement AI use-case intake and prioritisation
