About the Role
You will develop lightweight AI applications and prototypes using Dify, Python, LLM APIs, RAG, and internal AI development kits. You will clarify business requirements, design and lead AI proof-of-concepts through deployment, improve tools for operational use, and standardize reusable AI patterns.
Requirements
- Python application development experience
- Foundational knowledge of AI use cases such as LLM APIs and RAG
- Experience discussing business needs and organizing operational requirements
- Experience independently driving work from proof-of-concept through implementation and operational adoption
Responsibilities
- Develop LLM applications with Dify, including RAG search, report generation, summaries, and support tools
- Build proof-of-concepts and lightweight prototypes using Python and internal AI development kits
- Implement small applications with API integrations
- Improve and optimize proof-of-concept deliverables for operational adoption
- Clarify business issues and requirements across analytics, sales initiatives, and operations
- Define AI approaches and lead proof-of-concepts through deployment
- Collaborate with other departments and specialist engineers
- Create reusable RAG and agent templates
- Document and standardize AI practices
- Assess opportunities to extend AI solutions across the organization
