About the Role
You will set the technical direction for conversational AI servicing and lead its API integration roadmap. You will design secure access and governance for automated decisions, manage the strategic platform partner, secure engineering capacity, expand automation across channels, transition capabilities into live operation, and own programme economics.
Requirements
- Technical architecture and product decision-making experience
- API or platform integration delivery in regulated financial services
- Understanding of LLM agent systems, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, and latency
- Strategic technology partner management experience
- Ability to influence roadmaps in a matrixed or decentralised organisation
- Awareness of Consumer Duty and vulnerable-client needs
- People leadership experience or readiness
