About the Role
You will support firmwide data governance execution by coordinating with business leaders, data stewards, and data owners. You will activate policies and standards, run governance forums, guide data profiling and dataset creation, deploy governance tools, report metrics to senior leadership, and deliver training.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in data governance enterprise data management or enterprise technology
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep experience in enterprise-scale data governance execution
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Understanding of financial markets and investment workflows
- Hands-on experience with SQL Python and data governance tools
- Experience implementing data policies and standards
- Experience rolling out data tools at scale
- Ability to synthesize governance metrics and create executive reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with large-scale data programs
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Agile and data platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of active uniformed service
- Fewer than 5 years of civilian work experience
- U.S. veteran status
- Availability to commence employment in late October or early November 2026
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the rollout of the Critical Investment Data Governance Policy
- Partner with COOs delegates and data owners to implement governance policies and operating models
- Build relationships across the data governance network
- Run governance forums and working groups
- Deploy governance capabilities taxonomies and tools
- Facilitate cross-business collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Guide data profiling dataset creation and governance standards
- Collect and report governance metrics
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Drive measurable business impact with diverse teams
