About the Role
You will define metrics that connect customer-facing interface performance to merchant outcomes. You will measure design-system adoption, usability, and performance, analyze localized products and regional interfaces, and design large-scale conversion experiments. You will partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to provide recommendations and improve data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in product analytics UX analytics or interface behavioral data
- Experience designing and analyzing large-scale experiments and A/B tests
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Hands-on experience with Airflow PySpark and Pandas
- Experience with Hadoop and Jupyter
- Ability to validate and debug AI-generated code and insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to lead impactful projects in ambiguous environments
