About the Role

You will own data science for major growth areas, partnering with product managers and engineers from problem framing through launch and readout. You will design experiments, metrics, and guardrails; apply quasi-experimental methods; model freemium product economics; develop segmentation; and help build shared metrics and experimentation tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of data science experience, including growth or experimentation work for high-scale prosumer, PLG, or self-serve products
• Data science experience at a fast-growing startup
• Deep expertise in experimental design and statistical inference
• Experience establishing experimentation standards or platforms adopted by multiple teams
• Expert SQL and Python
• Track record of analysis influencing product and engineering leaders
• Practical use of AI tools

Responsibilities

• Own data science for major growth areas from problem framing and sizing through launch and readout
• Design experiments and metrics for fast, trustworthy decisions
• Set experimentation standards, metrics, guardrails, and test-quality checks
• Use quasi-experimental designs when randomization is not feasible
• Define personalization and recommendation evaluation and measure incremental lift
• Model credit consumption, conversion, pricing, and product-limit behavior
• Develop user and project segmentation using behavioral and content signals
• Partner on a shared metrics layer and experimentation tooling
