About the Role
Founders Factory is seeking a hands-on Venture Builder to work with founders on healthtech ideas, operating across product, design, growth, and technology in a fast-moving studio environment. The role is an initial six-month contract based in London with hybrid work.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience in digital health or medtech through a startup, side project, research, or volunteering.
- Experience applying AI or developing innovative health or medical devices is advantageous.
- Experience with lean methodologies and an experimental approach.
- Ability to work across product, design, technology, and growth while knowing when to involve specialists.
- Technical mindset with the ability to build no-code or low-code solutions, prototypes, or proofs of concept.
- Commercial curiosity and ability to consider ICPs, value propositions, pricing hypotheses, and early go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to communicate ideas, progress, and learnings and establish effective working relationships with founders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take calculated risks, learn quickly, and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration.
- Get products into users' hands quickly using lean experiments to validate assumptions and generate learning.
- Shape customer experience and product vision while balancing user, commercial, and technical realities.
- Work closely with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum.
- Help ventures progress through studio stage gates and support evidence-backed investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities by staying close to market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behavior.
- Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly with founders and the wider studio.
