About the Role
You establish and launch investment service strategies, plan personalized crypto information services and convenience features, develop user-specific content and screening tools, operate and improve real-time investment information services, optimize information channels, develop and execute growth and marketing strategies, monitor performance through data, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- At least six years of experience
- Strong understanding of and investment experience in cryptocurrency and stock markets
- Experience planning, improving, and operating mobile app and web services
- Experience using CTR and CVR data to understand user responses and improve services
- Experience planning and executing marketing and growth strategies
- Experience leading a team or project
- Communication skills for leading collaboration across planning, development, design, and data teams
- Experience developing recommendation, personalization, or agent services using data and AI
- Experience planning and operating fintech, securities, or cryptocurrency exchange services
