About the Role

You will design user-centered online-banking experiences from concept and validation through implementation. You will create visual designs, develop the design system, map user flows, produce prototypes, conduct usability and accessibility testing, and improve customer journeys with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree or advanced training in interaction design, visual design, UX/UI design, interactive media design, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience designing and delivering digital products
  • User interface and visual design expertise
  • Experience building, using, and evolving design systems
  • Understanding of modern frontend technologies
  • Experience designing and optimizing digital customer journeys
  • Experience designing accessible solutions and conducting user testing
  • Knowledge of WCAG is advantageous
  • Communication skills, initiative, and ability to advocate for UX and visual-design decisions

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered online-banking experiences from concept through implementation
  • Create visual designs for UI components and advance a scalable design system
  • Analyze customer needs, usage contexts, and business processes
  • Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Plan, conduct, and interpret usability and accessibility tests
  • Optimize digital customer journeys with stakeholders
  • Introduce UX practices for design systems and AI-supported design processes
