About the Role
You will set and own a research agenda for platform users, design and run qualitative and quantitative studies, study developers and enterprise stakeholders, communicate findings through product decisions, and build AI-enabled research tools and infrastructure.
Requirements
- End-to-end industry UX research experience
- Qualitative and quantitative research expertise
- Technical-user interviewing and survey analysis expertise
- Software engineering, developer-experience research, or technical product research background
- Ability to read documentation and build on a technical platform
- Hands-on AI use for research, analysis, and tooling
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Set and own the platform research agenda
- Design and run qualitative and quantitative research
- Study developers, product teams, administrators, and buyers
- Communicate findings to product managers, designers, and engineers
- Follow research findings through product decisions
- Build AI-enabled research tools and infrastructure
