You will design the developer console, API documentation, onboarding, billing, and technical workflows. You will create playgrounds, quickstarts, and code samples; collaborate with platform engineering; maintain design consistency; set platform design direction; and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Experience designing developer-facing products
- Experience translating technical concepts into usable interfaces
- Experience designing web-product flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces
- Visual design skills
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Knowledge of creative tools and generative AI
- Experience creating functional prototypes with AI tools
- Experience with Claude Code or Cursor
Responsibilities
- Design the developer console and API documentation experience
- Design account setup, API keys, usage, billing, and rate-limit workflows
- Prototype and ship playground tools, quickstarts, and code samples
- Create clear interfaces and documentation for new models and endpoints
- Design authentication, webhook, and technical flows with platform engineering
- Maintain visual and interaction consistency across products
- Set developer platform design direction
- Mentor other designers
