About the Role
You'll be responsible for making sure our US business runs seamlessly. You'll own the day-to-day operational backbone of the company - from managing critical local relationships and regulatory obligations to improving internal processes and leading strategic projects. This is a highly cross-functional role where one day you might be coordinating with regulators, accountants, and legal counsel, and the next you'll be improving internal workflows, supporting a product launch, or helping the CEO execute a high-priority initiative. You'll thrive in ambiguity, take ownership without being asked, and enjoy building scalable processes rather than simply following them. Even though the role is US focused, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved in projects at a global level.
