About the Role
UTA seeks a Manager, Global Business Integration & Operations to lead cross-functional operational initiatives, improve organizational alignment, develop reporting and KPI frameworks, analyze business data, improve processes, and support executive leadership across a global entertainment organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business intelligence/analytics, strategy, consulting, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and experience building reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL; Python experience preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional operational projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in ambiguous situations
- Experience in entertainment, media, live events, sports, or talent representation preferred
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive business information
Responsibilities
- Lead business integration efforts for business units, acquired companies, and operational initiatives
- Partner with leaders across divisions and corporate functions to improve workflows, reporting, and coordination
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for business and executive leadership
- Analyze deal, financial, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare executive-ready materials and insights for senior leadership and Board-level reporting
- Identify process gaps and develop SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines
- Maintain operational consistency through project tracking, status reporting, and regular reviews
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Legal, People, and business stakeholders on enterprise initiatives
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Support and mentor junior team members while building operational discipline
