About the Role

You will drive strategic and operational initiatives for Product or go-to-market organizations, own operating rhythms and executive reporting, build dashboards and metrics, support pricing and commercialization strategy, and use AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows.

Requirements

6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles
Ability to prioritize work with autonomy amid ambiguity
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to drive cross-functional consensus
Familiarity with AI tools and agents
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS

Responsibilities

Drive the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or go-to-market organization
Own monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting
Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures
Partner on pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy
Use AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows
