About the Role
You will own intern, new-graduate, and apprenticeship programs from school strategy through conversion and alumni relationships. You will build university and competition-team pipelines, design competency-based intern projects, develop shop-floor apprenticeship pathways, and analyze sources of high-potential talent. This role requires travel across the United States.
Requirements
- 3+ years of university or early-talent recruiting experience
- Experience running a recruiting program and measuring its conversion rate
- Knowledge of collegiate engineering competitions
- Ability to build durable relationships with faculty, club leads, and career services
- Experience designing intern projects that provide work and assessment signal
Responsibilities
- Own intern, new-graduate, and apprenticeship programs end to end
- Build a school strategy across engineering programs, community colleges, technical programs, and competition teams
- Design intern projects that assess specific competencies and deliver needed work
- Build a shop-floor apprenticeship pathway with recruiting and manufacturing stakeholders
- Analyze where high-performing candidates originate
- Travel across the United States to build employer brand awareness and discuss the mission
