About the Role
You will handle customer accounts, payments, vaults, safe-deposit boxes, cash, and checks. You will provide account information, order cards and checks, promote banking products, verify and store customer documents, use front-office applications, develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and follow internal policies.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, payments, vaults, and safe-deposit boxes
- Promote banking products and services
- Provide information on personal accounts, transfers, deposits, and savings
- Order bank cards and checks
- Receive and balance cash and checks
- Verify, scan, archive, and store customer documents and contracts
- Use front-office applications during sales and post-sales activities
- Manage customer communication and identify suitable solutions
- Sell products face to face
- Plan and execute activities to acquire new customers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
