About the Role
You will review and facilitate operational and merchant payments, ensuring each transaction meets requirements. You will reconcile commercial trades, transactional activity, and digital-asset withdrawals; process fiat payments; support liquidity management; resolve provider queries; and improve payment procedures and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payment review and processing
- 3+ years of experience working with foreign currencies
- Understanding of processing payments in local and foreign currencies
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Knowledge of virtual assets
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
Responsibilities
- Review and facilitate operational and merchant payments
- Reconcile commercial trades and related transactional activity
- Review and reconcile digital asset and crypto withdrawals
- Process fiat currency payments accurately and on time
- Provide standby support for fiat payments outside standard working hours
- Support the Commercial team with payment-processing expectations
- Provide feedback on inefficient payment processes
- Assist with liquidity management
- Manage transactional queries with service providers
- Assist with RFI requests on payment transactions
- Assist with travel-rule queries and submissions
- Support digital asset transactions, including loading and review
- Gather information using research tools
- Maintain and improve templates and standard operating procedures
