About the Role

You will manage daily cash and product operations across global treasury processes. You will process cash transactions, oversee funding and accounts, support audits and compliance, maintain liquidity, handle crypto payments, manage bank relationships and system access, and support treasury-system and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of corporate treasury operations experience.
• Expertise in domestic, cross-border, foreign-exchange, and digital-asset payments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience implementing or using a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Ability to respond rapidly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany funding and settlements.
• Oversee daily cash handling, bank account reconciliation, and account configurations.
• Provide audit support, coordinate FBAR compliance, and monitor restricted accounts and letters of credit.
• Prepare and analyze cash positions and ensure liquidity for wallet and funding obligations.
• Complete RLUSD treasury operations and support OTC trading, RPD, and treasury operations.
• Manage accounts payable and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Own global account and exchange management, including KYC, signatory updates, FBAR reporting, and user access management.
• Manage bank fee and yield reviews, bank relationships, and letter-of-credit processing.
• Manage bank-portal and treasury-management-system access and troubleshoot issues through JIRA.
• Review bank feeds and coordinate API and PIX credentials and centralized bank data.
• Support GTreasury implementation and AI, JIRA, and automation initiatives.
