About the Role

You will oversee investment portfolio management, interest-rate risk, debt covenant compliance, liquidity forecasting, and cash management activities. You will manage external investment advisor and lender relationships, develop reporting frameworks for debt facilities, and create executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Knowledge of financial theory, including economics, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, and company valuations
  • Ability to analyze legal documents and understand technical and accounting implications of complex transactions
  • Experience overseeing investment portfolios and managing external investment advisor relationships
  • Working knowledge of fixed income
  • Experience with interest-rate derivatives, hedging strategy development and execution, and effectiveness monitoring
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional workstreams
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee banking and investment infrastructure for multi-billion-dollar projects
  • Oversee the investment portfolio and manage external investment advisor relationships
  • Analyze interest-rate conditions and risk exposure to inform hedging strategy
  • Evaluate, recommend, and execute derivative transactions while complying with lender hedging requirements
  • Own debt covenant compliance across SPVs and legal entities
  • Design and implement reporting and monitoring frameworks for debt facilities
  • Support liquidity forecasting and capital allocation analysis
  • Lead strategic analytical support for organizational initiatives
  • Support cash management activities and high-value transactions
  • Build executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using Excel and PowerPoint
