About the Role
You will identify early-stage startups and assess blockchain-related investment opportunities. You will analyze companies, prepare valuation and investment materials, execute investments, manage portfolio companies, and coordinate investment-contract terms and review reports. You will support fundraising, including LP recruitment and related administration, assist with investment attraction and business planning, build external partnerships, and develop and execute exit strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business-level English proficiency
- 5 to 15 years of experience in the domestic venture capital industry, including securities, asset management, or independent firms
- Experience in unlisted-company investments
- Experience at a securities firm
- Eligibility for overseas travel

- Source early-stage startup investment opportunities
- Review and analyze blockchain-related companies
- Execute investments
- Analyze company valuations and prepare investment materials
- Identify investee companies and assess investment feasibility
- Manage portfolio companies
- Coordinate contract terms and handle investment-contract administration
