About the Role

You will develop and maintain technical learning materials, SOPs, job aids, interactive modules, and assessments. You will deliver onboarding, classroom instruction, field certification, refresher training, and recertification for Vehicle Operators. You will assess driving performance, provide documented feedback, track trainee progress, and help maintain training schedules and learning records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Vehicle Operator or comparable professional driving experience
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Experience operating Class 8 vehicles
• Experience delivering safety-critical training and performance assessments
• Communication and feedback skills
• Organizational skills and accurate LMS or tracking-system recordkeeping
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Develop and update learning materials, SOPs, job aids, interactive modules, and assessments
• Deliver new-hire onboarding, classroom instruction, and field certification
• Administer compliance modules, mixed-reality scenarios, and driving assessments
• Assess trainee proficiency and provide documented on-road feedback
• Translate engineering and safety updates into practical instruction
• Deliver refresher training and recertification
• Log and monitor trainee progress in training trackers and Jira
• Maintain and distribute current training documentation
• Mentor Vehicle Operators through trainer-development programs
• Support training schedules, completion tracking, LMS records, and continuous improvement
