About the Role
You will manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, services, and related requirements. You will negotiate commercial terms, manage renewals and vendor relationships, assess vendors for security and compliance, and maintain visibility of contracts and subscriptions. You will partner with stakeholders on budgets, requirements, purchasing, and procurement-process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT procurement experience
- Commercial judgement
- Contract, pricing, cataloguing, and commercial-terms management

Responsibilities
- Own procurement of IT hardware, software, services, and related requirements
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and vendor relationships
- Assess vendors and solutions for commercial, operational, security, and compliance considerations
- Improve procurement processes and reduce unnecessary cost and complexity
- Maintain IT procurement and vendor-management processes
- Gather requirements and identify appropriate solutions with internal stakeholders
- Negotiate terms, gather information, and resolve issues with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain visibility of IT vendors, contracts, subscriptions, and commitments
- Partner on budgets, purchasing, and cost management
- Support additional procurement and operational projects
