About the Role
You will evaluate training programs and operating standards, maintain compliant training records, and develop training materials. You will analyse training metrics, implement quality assurance processes, support staff development, and work with stakeholders to identify future training requirements.
Requirements
- Full clean Japanese driving licence
- At least 8 years of driving experience, mainly in Japan
- No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
- Experience as a team coordinator or similar role
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Availability to work full-time on-site from the Tokyo office, 5 days per week
- Disclosure of any second job
- Ability to pass a health check, training, pre-employment checks, and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Assessor qualification

Responsibilities
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Maintain training records and ensure policy and legal compliance
- Assess operating standards across teams and individuals
- Develop and maintain training manuals, presentations, and online resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve training content and delivery
- Analyse training metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for training and operating standards
- Support staff professional development and course completion
- Gather future training requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
