About the Role
You will train and quality-manage teleoperation operators, maintain data-collection standards, and keep teleoperation skills current. You will develop operating procedures and training materials, track quality outcomes, investigate issues, and translate operational insight between operations and engineering.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in training, quality assurance, operations coordination, or a technical environment
- Background in a structured, process-driven, or fast-paced operational setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency
- Comfort with digital tools, interfaces, and data-driven workflows
- Basic technical understanding to work productively with engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train teleoperation operators
- Monitor operator performance and demonstration-data quality
- Establish and improve quality-assurance processes
- Maintain data custody, tracking, reporting, and issue investigation
- Develop standard operating procedures, training materials, and quality frameworks
- Maintain operational systems, trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation
- Maintain logs of training outcomes, data-quality metrics, and feedback
- Bridge operations and engineering teams by translating feedback and guidance
- Identify and escalate operator errors, edge cases, and system inconsistencies
- Support improvements to data-collection pipelines and interfaces
- Maintain proficiency with robotic systems and teleoperation interfaces
