About the Role

You will support finance, leadership, and board meetings by preparing briefings and agendas, recording decisions, and driving assigned actions to completion. You will review finance materials, coordinate stakeholder input, maintain action trackers, and handle confidential business and financial information discreetly.

Requirements

• Experience as an executive assistant, business assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
• Working knowledge of financial concepts and terminology, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Note-taking and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and ability to track multiple action items to completion
• Experience preparing meeting materials and gathering stakeholder input
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Attend leadership, board, and finance meetings and capture accurate notes and decisions
• Convert discussions into assigned action items and drive completion
• Maintain and escalate outstanding actions, decisions, and blockers
• Prepare pre-reads, briefing packs, and agendas
• Coordinate Finance stakeholder input for meetings
• Review financial reports, decks, and models for errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
• Produce and distribute meeting notes and summaries
• Maintain a master tracker for action items, decisions, and deadlines
• Handle confidential business and financial information with discretion
