About the Role

You will evaluate training programmes and operating standards, recommend improvements, maintain compliant training records, develop training materials, analyse training metrics, and support professional development. You will work with subject-matter experts, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to address current and future training needs.

Requirements

  • Full clean German driving licence
  • At least 8 years of driving experience, mainly in Germany
  • No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
  • Experience as a team coordinator or in a similar role
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Written and verbal English fluency
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Leonberg five days a week
  • Pass training, pre-employment checks, health checks, and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
