About the Role
You will lead critical infrastructure programs while building and developing a TPM team. You will manage datacenter bring-ups, capacity scaling, migrations, and reliability work; establish playbooks; prioritize the portfolio; coordinate partner organizations; and communicate program status, risks, and resource needs to executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical program management experience
- 7+ years directly managing TPMs
- Experience building a team or function from scratch
- Experience scaling TPM teams in rapidly growing environments
- Knowledge of datacenters, networking, hardware operations, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or developer tooling
- Experience with large-scale compute or infrastructure programs
- Executive communication skills
- Staffing and prioritization decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Lead two to three high-priority infrastructure programs
- Run datacenter bring-up, capacity scaling, migration, and reliability programs
- Build and codify program processes and playbooks
- Coach and develop TPMs
- Hire TPMs and transition programs to the team
- Prioritize TPM support and maintain portfolio-level program visibility
- Coordinate infrastructure programs across partner organizations
- Communicate program status, risks, and resource needs to executives
