About the Role
You will own the Professional Services systems landscape from evaluation and procurement through implementation and administration. You will diagnose workflow bottlenecks, assess platforms, retire unnecessary tools, and maintain a coherent systems environment. You will build production-ready automations, GenAI workflows, and agents for onboarding, handoffs, and delivery. You will also establish reporting, improve adoption, explain system dependencies, and uphold data quality, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Around 7 to 10 years of experience in technical operations systems or revenue operations
- Track record of scaling delivery infrastructure in a fast-growing environment
- Hands-on experience with APIs webhooks JSON and relational data structures
- Experience using agentic developer tools and AI coding assistants to ship solutions
- Advanced configuration and administration skills across project management tools enterprise collaboration suites and automation platforms
- Strong understanding of data flows and integration dependencies
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and deploy test and iterate quickly
- Ability to translate operational needs into system logic and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing stakeholders prioritizing competing requests managing change and driving adoption
- Experience with Rocketlane or a comparable professional services automation platform is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end evaluation procurement implementation and administration of project and work management platforms
- Audit merchant-facing workflows and internal systems to identify and resolve structural bottlenecks
- Assess third-party platforms and decide what to build buy or retire
- Architect and deploy production-ready automations GenAI workflows and agents
- Use APIs webhooks JSON and AI coding assistants to build test and ship custom solutions
- Maintain reliable system integrations clean data structures and secure access points
- Define reporting frameworks and convert system data into actionable insight
- Measure tool usage and improve adoption
- Explain complex system dependencies to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation and playbooks
- Set standards for data quality security and compliance
