About the Role
You will select and prepare equipment for preheating and post-heating operations. You will monitor and interpret heating data, take corrective action when needed, and record production and control data. You will perform self-inspections, report anomalies, communicate operational information, complete first-level maintenance, and help keep the workshop clean and safe.
Requirements
- CAP, BEP, or vocational baccalaureate in an industrial field, or significant industrial-environment experience
- Understand industrial processes
- Use computer tools for operational monitoring and traceability
- Follow safety rules and instructions strictly
- Work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Select equipment appropriate to each part and required temperature
- Prepare equipment and tools for preheating and post-heating operations
- Monitor and interpret heating data in real time
- Take corrective action when necessary
- Record production and control data
- Perform self-inspections and report anomalies
- Communicate operational information to colleagues
- Apply continuous-improvement standards
- Perform first-level diagnosis and maintenance
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization
