About the Role
You will prepare, transport, deploy, retrieve, charge, clean, and inspect delivery robots across operational shifts. You will perform basic checks and troubleshooting, complete hand deliveries when necessary, use the Field Ops App to track work and report issues, support robot hubs, and follow operational protocols.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfort driving pickup trucks or large vans
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs regularly
- Prior hands-on operational or logistics work experience
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and mobile communication tools
- Availability for varied shifts, including holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare and transport robots to partner hubs
- Respond to robot retrieval calls
- Charge, clean, and inspect robots
- Complete hand deliveries when robots cannot finish a route
- Use the Field Ops App to track work and report issues
- Support daily robot launch and takedown
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical checks or troubleshooting
- Support setup and expansion of robot hubs
- Follow protocols, document work, and escalate issues
