About the Role

You will own technical training strategy and create curricula for fleet technicians and customer operators. You will translate product documentation into field training, deliver hands-on instruction, measure program outcomes, update materials, and provide field feedback to improve products and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical training, curriculum design, or customer enablement experience
• Experience in robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing is preferred
• Ability to design and roll out technical training programs from scratch
• Ability to translate complex engineering documentation into practical learning
• Strong in-person instruction skills
• Ability to travel 30%–40% to customer sites and fleet locations
• Ability to independently own the training function and drive cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, welding or manufacturing knowledge, or experience supporting internal and external customers is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training curricula for fleet technicians and customer operators
• Translate release notes, product features, and technical manuals into actionable field training
• Travel to customer sites and fleet locations to deliver hands-on training and evaluate curriculum effectiveness
• Build scalable training frameworks, certification programs, and refresher courses
• Measure training outcomes using feature adoption, certification completion, and support-ticket data
• Communicate field feedback and friction points in tooling, documentation, and user experience
• Maintain and update training materials as hardware and software evolve
