About the Role
You will lead strategic customer deployments, define goals, deliver persona-specific enablement, identify high-impact use cases, and remove adoption blockers. You will create scalable education programs and materials, improve deployment handoffs, share customer insights with product development, and establish repeatable deployment practices.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer deployments during the first 60–90 days
- Define deployment goals aligned with customer business objectives
- Deliver persona-specific enablement sessions
- Identify high-impact use cases and remove adoption blockers
- Design scalable customer enablement programs
- Create guides, playbooks, and learning materials
- Build the customer education platform
- Improve deployment and handoff processes with Sales and Customer Success
- Share customer insights to inform product development
- Establish repeatable deployment practices
