About the Role
You will own needs analysis and end-to-end learning design for customer-facing education. You will create courses, certifications, learning paths, workshops, and design artefacts; guide content development and publishing; and measure learning effectiveness. You will build and improve agentic AI workflows, facilitate customer sessions, and speak at North American conferences.
Requirements
- Senior-level instructional design experience
- Experience owning needs analysis and learning design end to end
- Portfolio of customer-facing or professional learning experiences
- Experience facilitating live sessions and speaking to large audiences
- Hands-on experience building agentic or multi-step AI workflows
- Experience collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing
- Content development and publishing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to the New York or Austin area
- Ability to attend an office about two days per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer, product-usage, and support-data discovery
- Define learner audiences, personas, prerequisites, and success measures
- Design courses, certifications, learning paths, and live sessions
- Create learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, assessment strategies, and format decisions
- Hand off designs and provide quality oversight during development
- Build, script, edit, and publish content
- Design, evaluate, and improve agentic AI workflows
- Facilitate customer sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Speak at North American conferences
- Measure engagement, completion, assessment, and qualitative product data
- Retire and rebuild ineffective content
