About the Role

You will design, build, quality-check, and publish short, targeted courses on fast timelines. You will deliver live and virtual training, create video-based instruction using your own voice or on-camera presence, repurpose content across formats, identify emerging learning needs, triage requests, and partner with subject-matter experts to keep courses moving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design, learning experience design, or related experience
• Experience designing and shipping courses at a fast pace
• Ability to design effective 15–45 minute learning experiences
• Experience with rapid development cycles and short sprints
• Prioritization and triage skills
• Live facilitation skills for in-person and virtual audiences
• Stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with authoring tools, LMS platforms, presentation tools, video production tools, and basic design tools
• Portfolio with at least two video-based course excerpts featuring your own voiceover or on-camera teaching

Responsibilities

• Design and build focused standalone courses in short sprints
• Own needs analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and publishing for each course
• Deliver live and virtual training sessions
• Create video-based instructional content using your own voice or on-camera teaching
• Repurpose content across on-demand, live, micro, and full delivery modes
• Monitor product changes, customer signals, and internal feedback for emerging learning needs
• Triage incoming learning requests and prioritize rapid-response courses
• Partner with product, product marketing, customer-facing teams, subject-matter experts, and learning designers
