You will set standards and escalation thresholds for election integrity, violent extremism, and fraud. You will operate content-review workflows, review ambiguous cases, train review partners, improve detection and enforcement systems, validate release risks, document decisions, and coordinate required external reporting.
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in election integrity disinformation influence operations counterterrorism violent extremism fraud or deception
- Experience in trust and safety content moderation operations or policy enforcement
- Experience managing content review operations quality assurance and workflows
- Experience scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
- Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools
- Ability to communicate emerging risks to Product Policy Engineering and Legal stakeholders
- Sound judgment for high-stakes decisions under time pressure
Responsibilities
- Set standards definitions and escalation thresholds for content harms
- Create automated evaluations with safety specialists
- Operate content evaluation and review workflows
- Manage task routing queues quality assurance escalations and SLAs
- Onboard train calibrate and support review partners
- Review novel or ambiguous flagged content and make enforcement decisions
- Improve detection models hash-matching pipelines and automated enforcement systems
- Validate model releases against risk thresholds
- Maintain decision trees review guidelines and internal documentation
- Identify and report emerging misuse patterns
- Coordinate reporting and information sharing with relevant external bodies
- Monitor legal frameworks enforcement practices and threat-detection technology
