About the Role
You will set up, operate, monitor, inspect, and report on battery and charger validation tests. You will maintain test equipment and lab readiness, collect traceable data, troubleshoot failures, and improve testing procedures and repeatability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in battery testing, hardware testing, laboratory operations, or a related technical environment
- Experience operating and troubleshooting power supplies, thermal chambers, data-acquisition systems, wiring, relays, or test-control systems
- Ability to interpret test plans and specifications, configure test setups, collect data, and identify issues
- Experience using Excel to organize and analyze test data
Responsibilities
- Execute battery and charger validation and reliability tests
- Maintain thermal chambers, power supplies, data-acquisition systems, wiring, relays, and test-control equipment
- Produce traceable test data and reports
- Identify and document test, equipment, and hardware failures
- Maintain equipment, update procedures, and improve test repeatability
