About the Role
You will analyze and document business and system requirements, develop project documentation, and maintain project records. You will prepare monthly performance reports, communicate project results, identify customer needs, and manage requirement status and related features across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business and system requirements.
- Produce business requirements, future-state proposals, UAT plans, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrices.
- Create monthly performance and target-achievement reports, identify improvements, and make recommendations.
- Develop communication processes to keep stakeholders informed of project results.
- Maintain meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, and updates.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Elicit business and user requirements through workshops, customer meetings, user stories, process modeling, and other methods.
- Manage requirement status and underlying features throughout the project lifecycle.
