You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for an AI-powered tool. You will use AI tools to refine requirements and documentation, translate needs into user stories and specifications, analyze Salesforce processes and integrations, and support development and testing.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Have hands-on Salesforce experience
- Have experience using AI or GenAI tools for requirements analysis and documentation
- Have requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills
- Have experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Have experience working with technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrate communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand merger, partnering, and business needs
- Use AI tools to generate, refine, analyze, and validate requirements and business documentation
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications
- Work with product, engineering, data, and AI teams
- Analyze and document Salesforce processes, data, and integrations
- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve business processes and decision-making
- Support development and testing by clarifying requirements and validating solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain requirements documentation
