About the Role

You will act as a trusted technical and payments advisor for customers and prospects. You will support technical discovery and implementations, present integration guidance, resolve technical issues, and help customers understand platform capabilities and strategic advantages. You will document findings, identify potential downstream issues, and create repeatable standards. You will also bring customer insights to product and engineering discussions to help inform solutions and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within high-tech or financial technology services
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP), SQL, and Datadog
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and solutions in sales engineering, implementation, or technical account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience or enthusiasm for learning and discussing APIs
  • Ability to provide quick and effective resolutions
  • Ability to facilitate customer collaboration and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the B2B technology space
  • Ability to identify customer stakeholders and build relationships independently

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers and collaborate internally to win new business, increase customer value, and strengthen relationships
  • Present integration guides for customer onboarding
  • Lead internal voice-of-the-customer sessions for critical solution challenges
  • Provide technical advice for new opportunities and ongoing implementations
  • Help customers understand technology, strategic advantages, and integration processes
  • Solve near-term technical problems and support customers' long-term money movement vision
  • Document findings and create repeatable standards
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product and engineering meetings
  • Provide customer insights and guidance to inform product and engineering decisions
