About the Role

You will guide enterprise clients from post-contract activation through successful, autonomous use of sophisticated enterprise systems. You will support pre-sales demos, coordinate technical key ceremonies, manage onboarding and workspace setup, configure policy engines for client use cases, and provide ongoing relationship management. You will also collect client feedback and turn it into actionable UX/UI improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services managing client onboarding or technical implementation for complex banking software, core banking platforms, treasury management systems, or digital payment infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, or Solution Consulting for enterprise-grade technically complex software
  • Familiarity with security concepts including key ceremonies, PEDs, HSM/HSC, and policy engines
  • Ability to lead live screen-sharing sessions and cross-functional calls with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing business processes and translating results into policies, instructions, and guidelines
  • Ability to manage multi-week onboarding projects and milestone tracking
  • Ability to distill complex technical documentation into actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations, support business development, pre-configure demo environments, and run demos
  • Coordinate post-contract activation, including technical key ceremonies
  • Guide clients through infrastructure requirements and activation prerequisites
  • Manage client invitations, application setup, and initial workspace configuration
  • Deliver onboarding sessions on product capabilities, permitted actions, and business objectives
  • Translate client business cases into product policy-engine configurations
  • Facilitate live configuration sessions in client production environments
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to monitor usage, collect feedback, and identify risks or expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate client feedback into UX/UI improvements
