About the Role
Research, source, identify, and engage qualified engineering candidates across Europe while building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline, assessing initial candidate fit, evaluating technical ability, engaging passive candidates, and partnering with the recruiter to introduce qualified candidates into the interview process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Experience managing complex technical roles
- Proven success identifying and engaging technical talent
- High attention to detail
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate across European time zones

- Implement creative sourcing strategies
- Engage and evaluate technical candidates
- Build and maintain top-of-funnel engineering pipelines
