About the Role
You will manage client relationships, help clients use Aladdin to achieve their goals, connect product capabilities to strategic initiatives, provide technical and product guidance, identify risks and opportunities, communicate client feedback to product managers, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- Two or more years of work experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of FinTech and the investment lifecycle.
- Working understanding of public and private markets.
- Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows such as trading operations and compliance, or experience advising clients on portfolio analysis portfolio optimization risk decomposition and performance attribution.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
- Ability to approach large complex projects and solve problems.
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a multidisciplinary global team.
- Prior experience with Aladdin eFront or other private markets financial technology is preferred.
- Experience with SQL UNIX or modern programming languages is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of active uniformed service.
- Fewer than 5 years of civilian work experience.
- Bachelor's degree obtained before or after military service.
- Open to U.S. veterans regardless of rank or branch of service.
- Ability to commence employment in late October or early November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with client teams and help them use Aladdin effectively.
- Map Aladdin product vision to client businesses and strategic initiatives.
- Assess client adoption and develop approaches for product opportunities.
- Provide product insights to senior client stakeholders.
- Manage multiple user segments and clients.
- Apply client and technical expertise to identify risks and opportunities.
- Communicate client feedback to product managers and track it through development and deployment.
- Monitor regulatory and operational industry trends.
- Define strategic and tactical initiatives with clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional project solutions.
- Navigate across the firm to drive successful outcomes.
- Manage communication and transparency and coach junior team members.
