About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruiting for infrastructure roles, from intake through offer close. You will translate hiring needs into search strategies, build specialist pipelines, refine interviews, develop infrastructure domain knowledge, assess candidates, advise hiring managers, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience supporting infrastructure, platform, or technical engineering organizations
• Ability to evaluate qualifications in Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud networking, cluster networking, and systems languages
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and interview-loop design
• Independent judgment on candidate quality and complex searches

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for Infrastructure roles from intake through offer close
• Run structured hiring-manager intakes and create search strategies
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized infrastructure talent
• Refine interview loops, take-home assignments, and scorecards
• Develop domain knowledge to identify specialized infrastructure talent
• Advise hiring managers using market data and calibration feedback
• Partner on equitable offers and candidate closing
• Handle sensitive role and candidate information with discretion
