About the Role
You will own early-career recruiting strategy from outreach through evaluation, development, and conversion of interns and new graduates. You will build scalable internship and new-graduate programs, experiment with talent-discovery channels and assessment models, strengthen employer brand, and coach hiring managers and interviewers on fair, high-standard evaluation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiter experience
- Experience with early-career, university, or program-based hiring
- Experience developing sourcing channels, assessment formats, and candidate-engagement strategies
- Employer-brand and candidate-experience skills
- Ability to move between program strategy and execution
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to use data to make decisions and identify patterns
Responsibilities
- Design and run scalable early-career recruiting programs
- Build internship, new-graduate, and early-career talent pipelines
- Experiment with communities, hackathons, open source, AI sourcing tools, and outreach
- Create assessment frameworks for early-career candidates
- Partner on employer-brand programs across channels, events, and touchpoints
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on evaluating early-career talent
